In Victoria, it is required by law to have subsurface irrigation installed to your aerated wastewater treatment system in order to properly make use or dispose of effluent being produced. These underground irrigation lines must run 120-200mm below the surface and requires qualified experts to ensure that these irrigation lines are installed and properly working in adherence to state laws.
